- Registration and interaction management on m3dprint.be in line with GDPR requirements.

- Legal bases (article 6 GDPR): executing quotes and orders relies on the contract (art. 6(1)(b)); legal and tax obligations on art. 6(1)(c); analytics and marketing cookies on your consent (art. 6(1)(a)); direct marketing to existing customers on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)), with a right to object.
Data retention period
- Invoices and accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period required by Belgian tax law. Other personal data is kept no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- After the legal retention period, personal data is deleted or anonymized.
