Which type of 3D printing do you offer?+
We offer high-quality FDM printing for multicolor and standard projects, from business prototypes to decorative products. We also provide laser cutting, laser engraving, and cutting services.
Which file formats do you accept?+
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. STL and 3MF are preferred for predictable print preparation.
How long does production usually take?+
Simple jobs are often finished in 1-2 business days. Complex projects typically require 1-2 weeks depending on size and finishing.
Do you also offer laser cutting and engraving?+
Yes! With our Bambu Lab H2D Laser Combo we cut and engrave wood, plexiglass/acrylic, leather, cork, and anodized aluminium. We also make custom stickers, plotting work, and digital cutting.

What is your maximum print size?+
Our current machine volume is up to 350 × 320 × 325 mm mm. Larger objects can be split into engineered assembly parts.
Which materials can I choose from?+
Common options include PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PLA-CF, and PETG-CF. Material advice is included based on function and finish targets.
Do you offer post-processing?+
Yes. We can handle support removal, assembly, threaded inserts, embedded magnets, and additional finishing options.

How is pricing calculated?+
Quotes are based on material usage, print time, complexity, and post-processing. You always receive a clear estimate first.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No minimum applies. Single prototypes and short runs are both possible, with volume pricing for larger batches.
Which payment methods are available?+
We accept bank transfer and cash on pickup. Approved business clients may use invoicing under agreed conditions.
Can my order be shipped?+
Yes. Free pickup is available in Izegem, or we ship via bpost, Mondial Relay, or DPD to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany. Shipping costs are indicative and confirmed on the invoice.

Can you create a 3D model for me?+
Yes. We can model printable files from sketches, photos, references, or technical drawings for small and medium projects.
Do you review files before printing?+
Absolutely. Every file is checked for printability. If adjustments are needed, we review options with you before production.
Do you provide design-for-print advice?+
Yes. We help optimize geometry, orientation, and material choice to improve quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
